Toupee gets his name from the black “hairpiece”  that is perfectly placed on top of his head. Once a stray, he is charming and playful with a great personality. He loves people and he loves to chat with everyone he meets.  Do you think that Toupee would be a good fit for your home? You can meet Toupee at A.R.F.’s cat center at the Wheaton PetSmart and find out for yourself!    Toupee is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained.   Toupee's adoption fee is $ 135.  If you are interested in meeting Toupee, please fill out our Online Application today!   Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.
